PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Wonder MarQ is a premium residential development located in Mostakbal City, developed by The MarQ Communities. The project reflects a modern residential vision that combines elegant architectural design, high-quality infrastructure, and integrated community planning within one of the fastest-growing destinations in East Cairo.

Arab Eagle Modern Engineering was awarded the execution of core and shell works for selected zones within the project. The scope of work includes earthworks, reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure works, block works, external plastering works, and the related MEP works associated with structural elements, slab on grade, and plastered walls.
